Two things. We're a general contractor handling drywall, remodeling, repairs, and project management for residential and commercial clients. We also build construction technology: software and AI tools for contractors. The two reinforce each other, our field work keeps the software honest, and the software makes our field work sharper.
Where do you work?
We serve Northern Colorado and the Phoenix metro. Jon manages the business and technology side from Wellington, CO; Tyler manages construction and field operations from Phoenix, AZ.
Do you do small jobs or only large projects?
Both. We started in drywall and interior repairs and still do them, and we manage larger multi-trade residential and commercial scopes. We scope every job honestly, whatever the size.

We walk the job, talk through what you actually want, and put it in a clear written estimate before any work begins. You know the number before you commit, with no hidden fees.

Yes. We carry the coverage appropriate to the work. We're happy to provide details for your specific project.
